  • Coping with exam stress

e.g. GCSE’s or other specialist subject exams. Drawing on various therapies, we demonstrate useful techniques and                      exercises to enable students to cope more efficiently with what can be for some a traumatic experience.

  • Language - learn how to use words to increase motivation

In this module students will learn how powerful language can be, and how by making some subtle shifts in the words they              use, and how they use them, positive changes can start to take effect in their lives.

  • Body Language

In this session we will raise young people’s awareness of the Impact of body language on communication. How by using                words, physiology and tonality, we can either make or break rapport.

  • Taking 100% responsibility for your life

It is time to stop looking outside of yourself and blaming others for the reason your life isn’t the way you’d like it to be. To                achieve those things that are most important to you - you must assume 100% responsibility for your life. Nothing less will do.          It’s not what happens to you in life that is important but what you do as a result of that from now on.

  • Handling your emotions

Sight, sound, smell, taste and touch – your five senses have the ability to trigger memories and change your emotional state.        In this topic I will demonstrate how to quickly change how you think, feel and react to certain situations.

  • Confidence

The human nervous system cannot tell the difference between a real and a vividly imagined experience. I will demonstrate             powerful visualisation techniques used by top athletes and successful people to boost confidence and motivation.

  • What do you believe about yourself?

Don’t underestimate the power of beliefs, Henry Ford once said "whether you think you can or think you can’t you’re probably         right" In this section I will raise young people’s awareness of the power of beliefs and the impact they can have on their ability         to achieve in life.

  • Goal setting

If there’s something you’ve been thinking about doing, now is the time to plan it. Research suggests that what gets measured         gets done. In this final topic using cutting edge techniques I’ll help you set some powerful goals to take you to the next stage         in your life.
