Put simply, Ivana is THE BEST career coach I have ever come across in thirty odd years of dealing with career coaches. She is highly insightful, incredibly supportive, full of great ideas and suggestions and genuinely easy to get on with - I went into our first meeting not even a sceptic- I was an unbeliever as I had pretty much given up on career coaches but after meeting Ivana I was shocked at just how good some career coaches are-although having said that it is still very rare to find one as good as Ivana. 

It's also rare I endorse someone 100% - in her case - no hesitation.

I had been experiencing a few problems that were having a negative impact on my martial arts training and I jumped at the chance to attend a session with Ivana, hoping that she would enable me to focus on the task at hand. After my session I felt motivated, confident and calmer than I ever had been before my previous fights. On fight day, I was completely relaxed and could not stop myself from smiling (my opponent must have thought I was crazy, smiling at her through my gum shield as we met in the centre of the ring.) When the fight was over I turned to my coach and said “I enjoyed that!!” something I had never said before. I am grateful that Ivana has helped me restore my self-belief and would definitely recommend a session.

Ivana came highly recommended by a friend and without knowing much more about the methods she practised I went for a session. The session was like nothing I had experienced before and therefore very refreshing. The techniques appeared slightly peculiar at first but I was willing to try anything and really quickly just like she said things started to change. Things have really changed for me in the way that I see myself, I am not the victim of my day or my past !! I have so much more confidence in myself that makes living day by day a lot easier. Before Ivana used TFT with me I used to dread confined spaces – particularly getting into lifts and going on the tube. It didn’t affect me to the extent that I wouldn’t do it, but I used to get very anxious, sweaty and could not concentrate on anything else other than on my surroundings. Immediately after the treatment, I went to test it out by going in a lift on my own. I was very relaxed and didn’t even think about the fact I was in a lift. I have since been on the tube and it has had the same effect. I did not acknowledge that I was getting on the tube (whereas before I would have had to have built myself up to it). I could allow my mind to wander and was not concerned by my surroundings. I was relaxed and hardly even noticed when it stopped mid tunnel – whereas before I would have been convinced something was wrong and would have started panicking.

Before attending sessions I believed that there was no way of curing my phobia because it affected me quite badly. In the past I was sure that there was no way I was going to fly again. After the treatment I felt I could talk to people and join in with things like packing the suitcases. The journey was less stressful and I was able to listen to music and actually eat some plane food! I’m sure that without the treatment I wouldn’t be able to do this. I would definitely recommend the treatment because it has changed me for the better, without it I would have ruled out a lot of things for myself in the future, like travelling and getting to see different parts of the world. Having my phobia stopped me from doing things I should be enjoying. I feel more confident and have become a happier person.

To be absolutely honest I had come to a point in my life where I had to admit to myself more than anyone else, because those that love me already knew long before this point, that I needed help. Extremely difficult for someone who had 'been in control' all their life. My wonderful daughter gave me Ivana's number a year before via a referral from a friend. I found the ability to dial it. I met Ivana on a freezing night when the UK should have stayed at home. I was welcomed into her home and felt immediately relaxed and a bit of a fraud for requesting to see her urgently. We spoke generally and Ivana repeatedly reminded me that I did not have to raise my problems specifically if I did not want to. We talked and I was gently guided through a variety of relaxing processes to help calm and positively focus my thoughts. After my second session I can reveal that with Ivana's help, some ongoing exercises when necessary, and the accompaniment of one of her personal books, I am totally and remarkably something very close to the person I know I can be. I realise that this is only the beginning of really discovering, accepting, and growing for me, but I sincerely thank you Ivana for your insight and caring for those of us in need.

I went to see Ivana about an issue I had with the sound of people eating, particularly those nearest and dearest to me. During the session we covered many different aspects of life including hopes and aspirations. I came away from my session feeling empowered and ready to tackle the many issues that crop up on a weekly basis. Ivana taught me how to deal with negative emotions, anger and regret and turn them around into a positive force. She encouraged me to be strong about myself, my family and my friends and indeed if I had friends around me that made me feel down, negative or bad about myself, then to let go or deal with those people. I have felt different since meeting Ivana, a positive difference, and I now know that even though I will face challenges in life I can overcome them.

I went to see Ivana after a 6 month period in which I had lost considerable weight, and become increasingly anxious and concerned that I had an obstruction in my throat preventing me from swallowing. Most of this had stemmed from an anaphylactic shock I had had to a nut 4 years ago but the last 6 months had been particularly bad. The tension and anxiety surrounding food was taking over my life. I would lie in bed at night worrying about what I could eat the next day. Often I would go days on end eating only soups and yoghurts. There were numerous occasions when I would leave heaps of food and although really hungry I just couldn’t face trying to eat it. Seeing Ivana has been a great help to me. The various tapping and breathing techniques have certainly calmed me down before eating and generally. Nowadays I get to lunchtime and instead of thinking, “ what can I swallow” I ask myself what do I fancy for lunch!! I haven’t had soup for about 6 weeks and am eating regular meals and decent portions and feel like I am making good progress. Ivana has helped me develop ways to change the way I think about food and break the vicious cycle something I am very grateful to her for. Also with her help I managed to swallow tablets for the first time in 10 years!

My name is April-Rose and I used to suffer with what my doctor called panic attacks every time I entered a quiet room, and sometimes even the thought of going in was bad enough. I took a year out of school after finishing my GCSEs showing how bad this was effecting my life and I wanted to go back to school to gain further education but it was proving too hard, I had been to a psychologist but this made things worse, then I was introduced to Thought Field Therapy and even with the first session I felt a difference in myself, and now after 3 or 4 I feel in control and confident enough to go into a lesson without ending up in a state. TFT gave me good techniques that are quick and easy for myself to do, so I always feel good, school is much easier now after 2 1/2 years of struggle.

I had suffered from a phobia of swimming pools for approximately 8 years, ever since someone blew their nose into the water. That memory had remained with me so much so that the mere thought of going into a pool would make my stomach turn over. Ivana had told me that she might be able to help with this with a tapping therapy but I was not convinced at all. She asked me to think about the event and then rate my discomfort on a scale of between 1-10 at that time it was about a 9. She used TFT on me and within a couple of minutes that is all it took, I could think about the event but no longer feel any of the anxiety in my stomach linked to this and was keen to test it out. I didn’t actually get the chance until a few weeks later. But when I did I was thrilled that I felt no emotion about it whatsoever. I kept expecting it to come back and was amazed when it didn’t! I am very pleased that I have overcome this phobia as it will have a really positive effect on future holidays as, in the past I was unable to get in the water with friends and family and now I can.
